The certification
“If every employee were suddenly taken to outer space and someone had to pick up where we left off, these documents would be the manual.”
B Corp™ certification comes from B Lab, a non-profit. A tourism standard looks at trips. This one looks at the whole company: how it is governed, what we pay our people and how they progress, how we contract suppliers, what we emit, and how we deal with the partners who book with us.
We chose B Corp™ in January 2025 and were certified in June 2026, against Standards version 1.6.
Most of what B Lab looked at was already how we worked. The hard part wasn't doing it, it was proving it. Certification turned into research, documentation, and a great many conversations across the business.

The Assessment
Scored by B Lab
This was our strongest-performing area. Around 95% of our people hail from the countries in which they work. The assessment considered pay, workplace safety, career progression, and feedback from our employee surveys.
B Lab recognised that our supply chain is designed to strengthen local incomes and build resilience. It also considered the education and infrastructure projects we support across the destinations where we operate.
We embedded our mission of creating journeys that benefit both travellers and local communities into the company’s governing documents, formalising our directors’ longstanding consideration of community and environmental impact in decision-making.
This area considered our own environmental practices, including our impact on air quality and the climate. The greater challenge lies within our supply chain. While we can influence how suppliers operate, we cannot control their decisions, making this a significant long-term opportunity for improvement.
This category looks at how we support the partners who book with us. It presents our greatest opportunity for improvement, particularly through clearer impact reporting that can support your own disclosure requirements.

For our partners
For partners, our B Corp™ certification validates that they are working with a company independently assessed for its social and environmental impact. It reflects our commitment to doing business responsibly and transparently while creating a positive impact for travellers, local communities and the planet.
