At Discova, we believe that making every journey as safe as possible requires a preventive approach.
Whilst we have an effective incident and crisis management system in place, we conduct regular in-depth safety checks of all products and employ a strict data protection policy to minimise any risks and hazards before they can even occur.
Current Health and Safety Standards
Discova has always had a robust Health and Safety System, but we recognise that the world has changed in the last few years, and travellers’ expectations have changed with it. As a result, we have amended our operating guidelines to ensure that customers are well taken care of while travelling with us.
This revised set of steps and standards has been compiled based on recommendations from relevant authorities, including the World Health Organization and the World Tourism Organisation.
Safety Measures
These standards will be in place until further notice and will consistently be reviewed as the situation changes to align with best practices and official recommendations.
